Technology Source Hires Sonya Z. Meline As Vice President

Santa Ana, CA and Franklin, TN - Technology Source, a trusted technology advisor, welcomes Sonya Z. Meline to its team as Vice President. Meline is based in California and is responsible for overseeing Technology Source’s global marketing, client acquisition, trusted advisor programs, and product and portfolio strategy.

Dominic Antonini, Founder and President of Technology Source stated, “I’m excited and honored to welcome Sonya Meline to the team! Her positive can-do attitude is a perfect fit for our culture. Her experience at Effortless Office is exactly what we need to accelerate our expansion into cloud and IT services. We are immediately rolling out new VAR and MSP programs based on a gross margin compensation model which Sonya will be spearheading. Sonya will be assisting our partners to grow their base of cloud and IT services.”

In June, the firm re-branded, and in August gained a new VP, Rob Olson, 20-year industry veteran who has spent the last seven years in leadership roles at Earthlink, Global Capacity, and Spectrotel.

“Rob and I knew that along with expanding our focus by adding services such as cybersecurity and cloud services, we needed to add a strong technical leader to the team. I immediately thought of Sonya Meline. It is with great pleasure that we bring her on board to lead these initiatives. Her huge network of channel relationships, tenure as a C-Level in marketing and sales, and as a director of IT for a midsize multistate healthcare organization are all exactly the kind of leadership experience our team and partners have grown to expect from Technology Source,” said Antonini.

Meline most recently served as Effortless Office’s Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, where she helped lead the company’s digital transformation and operational efficiencies. The business cloud services provider launched a successful national channel marketing campaign, overhauled its brand and processes, and enhanced its partner program under her leadership. She also launched Effortless Office’s consumer-centric onboarding process she called the “Flight Plan” and helped the firm gain Best and Brightest Places to Work in the Nation by National Association for Business Resources (NABR).

Meline first met the Technology Source team through the Alliance of Channel Women’s annual event at the Channel Partners Expo in Las Vegas, NV. There Dominic Antonini, was volunteering as a DJ at the nonprofit’s networking and educational event.

Meline stated, “I noticed Dom at almost every Alliance of Channel Women (ACW) event I attended. He was easy to spot, because he was one of the only guys in the room! I got to know him, and so many of the other amazing team members at Technology Source, through the ACW. I knew they had something special going, dare I call it ‘outstanding company culture?’ It’s an incredible privilege to join the team at Technology Source. In the past four months, the business has identified a key segment of the market that is underserved, found a profitable way to meet the needs of customers and partners, and it is now scaling the solution globally by bringing on trusted technology advisors around the United States. After more than five years at Effortless Office, I am excited about this next challenge. Alongside our team, I look forward to building the business into what will no doubt be one of the world’s premier technology distributors and having fun along the way!”

Meline is veteran of the United States Navy where she was stationed as a paralegal in the J.A.G. office. She currently serves as a mentor for Alliance of Channel Women and on the board for several technology-based firms. She holds a certification in healthcare compliance (CHC) from the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA).

Technology Source celebrated its new branding at a ribbon cutting on Thursday.
